Create Template from Action
To map an action with an incident workflow phase, you can use the details of an existing action and create a template. To create a template from an action, do the following:
Go to Menu > Actions.
Open an action.
On the top-right corner of the action details, click More > Create Template.
Update the action details and click Submit.
On the confirmation message, click Proceed.
The created action template is added to the Actions Library in the Admin Panel and will be available for mapping with various incident workflow phases.
