Respond now enables you to create and manage roster schedules in Roster Management, with the option to select a Default Schedule or create a Custom Schedule with flexible shift patterns. For example, you can create a schedule where analysts work two consecutive night shifts followed by a day off or any other schedule that aligns with your team's operational requirements. This enhancement streamlines roster management by providing greater scheduling flexibility and improving shift planning efficiency.
