Configure Severity Color Code
For better identification of the severity level of an incident, you can color code the severity options of the incidents in incident workflows. The severity color codes appear in the Dashboards, Incidents listing page, Connect the Dots section of various modules, and more. To configure the severity color codes, do the following:
Go to Admin Panel > Form Management > Incidents.
Select an incident workflow and click Edit.
On Preparation, hover the cursor over the Severity field and click Edit.
Select unique color codes for the severity options.
Click Save.
