Manage Devices

To view the devices added to Respond, go to Menu > Devices. On the devices listing page, to manage the devices, you can perform the following activities:

  • View device summary. To view the summary, click Show Summary on the right. You can view the total number of devices available on Respond and the exception details of the devices.

  • Search and filter devices.

  • Reorder the devices based on the ascending or descending order of the device titles.

  • Sort the devices based on the following criteria:

    • Relevance

    • Last Updated

    • Date Added

  • Customize the columns displayed on the Devices listing page by selecting from default and custom fields. Click Customize Table, and then select fields from Default Fields or Custom Fields. You can add up to 15 custom fields to the table. For more information on how to create custom fields, see Manage Field Library.

    Note

    The feature to add custom fields to the listing page is available in Respond v3.4.4 onwards.

  • View activity logs of the devices.

  • Import devices into Respond.

  • Export the devices.

  • Refresh the devices list to view the latest data. To refresh the devices list, click More > Refresh.

  • View the devices list in full-screen mode. To view the devices list in full-screen mode, click More > Full Screen.

  • View details of devices retrieved from Intel Exchange. To view details, hover over the device name and click View Details. For more information, see Connect the Dots.

    This feature is available in Respond version 3.4.2 onwards.
