Cyware Fusion and Threat Response

My Profile

My Profile provides you with a holistic view of your personal information in the application. My Profile also enables you to manage profile details, configure notification preferences, view your roster details, and configure the date and time settings.

You can view your basic details, such as the user-created date, the last password updated date, the last active date, the last login IP address, and the last used OS. You can also view the following details:

  • Basic Details:

    • User Groups: Displays your user groups as configured by the administrator in User Management. A module, such as incident, action, enhancement, or PIR, can be assigned to you if it is assigned to any one of your user groups.

    • Business Unit: Displays your business unit as configured by the administrator in User Management.

    • Location: Displays your location as configured by the administrator in User Management.

    • Invited On: Displays your invitation date to access CFTR.

    • Time Zone, Date Format, Time Format: By default, CFTR displays the time zone, date, and time formats configured by the administrator for all users. To configure your preferred time zone, date, and time formats in Date and Time Settings and override the administrator-configured settings, see Date and Time Settings.

  • Access Level: The access level for each user is configured by the CFTR admin from the User Management panel. The View and Create/Update access of each CFTR user group for each component is also configured by the CFTR admin from User Group Management. The user and user groups permissions together decide your view or create/update access levels for the component records. Contact your CFTR admin if you do not have access to a component record, business unit, or location.

    • ALLOWED BUSINESS UNIT(S): The list of business units that the user has access to. You can access the modules in which any of these business units are added in Allowed Business Unit(s).

    • ALLOWED LOCATION(S): The list of locations that the user has access to. You can access the component records in which any of these locations are added in Allowed Locations.

  • Notifications: The email and application notification settings for various activities in Incidents, Actions, Enhancements, and PIRs modules. Enable or disable the toggles to update your notification preferences.

  • To sign out of the CFTR application, in the top-right corner, click Sign Out.
