View Action Details
Before performing an action, you should know about the requirements of the action. To know about the requirements, you can view the action details that are added while creating the action under the action Summary. Analyze the details to understand the requirements of the action and perform the tasks to meet the requirements. You can also use the Orchestrate Playbooks to automate manual tasks. For more information, see Run Playbooks.
You can also view some basic details of the action under Overview, such as
Action Data: Displays the action ID, the assigned user and user group, time to detect, assignment and resolution SLAs, created and last updated details, and the labels that are added to categorize the action.
Connect the Dots: Displays the number of various modules linked to the action under Connect the Dots.
Notes: Displays a list of notes that are added in the action.
