Time Tracking
The Time Tracking tab enables you to track the time spent by CFTR users and user groups on incidents. The Time Tracking tab displays the following time tracking information:
Total time taken to respond to an incident
Incident Time Tracking: Displays the time taken in responding to an incident for each user, phase, user group, and status.
Action Time Tracking: Displays the time taken in responding to an action for each user, phase, user group, and status.
The advanced time tracking feature of CFTR enables security teams improve the mean time spent in responding to incidents. To track the time spent by each user, phase, user group, or status, select the option next to the Incident Time tracking or Action Time Tracking drop-down list. To view the details of time taken for each change in user, phase, user group, or status, click the Show Detailed View button.
