Publish Playbook to a Workspace
Analysts can publish a playbook to a selected destination workspace to which they have publishing rights.
Steps
To publish a playbook to a workspace, do the following:
Go to Manage Playbooks > My Playbooks.
Select a playbook that you need to publish to a workspace.
Click More > Publish Playbook.
Select a workspace where you want to publish the playbook.
Note
The workspace is identified as restricted or unrestricted based on the configurations selected by your administrator.
If the workspace is unrestricted, you must review the playbook details and click Publish. For more information on publishing a playbook to an unrestricted workspace, see Publish Playbook to Unrestricted Workspace.
If the workspace is restricted, you must review the playbook details and click Raise Publish Request. Your publish request goes through an approval process. Users with approval privileges in the destination workspace will review the playbook details before publishing to the destination workspace. Note
On publishing or initiating a request to publish a playbook to a destination workspace, a version of the playbook is created in the version history with Publish to workspace <destination_workspace_name> version format.
