Filter Apps

You can filter apps based on the supported filters or save a filter and reuse it in the future.

Steps:

To filter apps, follow these steps:

  1. Click Main Menu, and click Apps.

  2. Under My Apps, click Show Filters to display the available filters.

  3. You can filter the apps based on the following filters:

    • Quick Filters: View the list of most frequently accessed filters such as apps created or updated Last Month, view Custom apps, apps configured with at least one instance, apps created by me, apps in progress, or apps ready to use.

    • Published: Filter apps published by Cyware or other users.

    • Category: Filter apps based on specific categories of apps like authentication, messaging, network security, and so on.

    • Agent Compatibility: Filter apps based on agent compatibility. The agent-compatible apps are identified with image11.png icons.

    • Installation Date: Filter apps based on the installation date.

    • System or Custom Type: Filter apps based on the apps that are installed from Appstore (System). or the apps that are created or customized (Custom).

    • Configuration Status: Filter apps based on the configuration status as configured (for which instance is available) or unconfigured (for which the instance is not available).

    • App Owner: Filters by the apps created by you.

    • App Status: Filter apps based on the in-progress, ready-to-use, or installed status.

    • Saved Filters: You can save a specific filter or a list of many filters by clicking the save icon.
