Release Notes 3.0.3
We are excited to introduce you to the new and enhanced version of our latest release of Orchestrate - version 3.0.3. This release offers new capabilities such as support for a mobile app version of Orchestrate, few enhancements, and other bug fixes.
What's New
Mobile App Updates
Orchestrate is now integrated with the existing Cyware Enterprise Mobile App. The mobile version of Orchestrate is primarily designed to help analysts, admins, and managers receive and act on notifications on-the-go from a mobile device.
The initial release of the mobile app version of Orchestrate includes the following features:
Actionable Notifications
Actionable notifications are sent to users when it requires a specific action from users. You can now provide approvals (in the form of Yes/No button click) and responses (text/integer/date) for resuming the Playbook execution. This helps you to act instantly on potential threats. They are available as Pending Actions, and then moved under Responded Requests once responded.
Informational Notifications
We understand how important it is for you to keep up-to-date with the status of the Playbooks you follow on Orchestrate. You can now receive these informational notifications or push notifications on your mobile device, which eliminates the need of you having to access the Orchestrate web portal on your laptop each time to view these updates.
QR Code Login
Orchestrate makes it easy for mobile users to sign in and use the Orchestrate features using the QR Code Login feature. The QR code is available and displayed on the Orchestrate web portal. Mobile app users can simply scan the QR code to authenticate and access the mobile app features.
License Management
The License Management feature in Admin Panel is now enhanced with a graphical representation of the usage quota of your license for User Accounts, Open APIs, and Webhooks.
Enhancements
Importing Apps
Orchestrate now extends the capability to import apps developed on a CSOL 2.x instance to a Orchestrate 3.X instance.
Upgrading Apps
To assist users and to ease the process of upgrading apps after importing it to the Orchestrate 3.x instance, users will now see a prompt with a list of all Playbooks that use the app. Users have an option to either update the app version in all these Playbooks or skip the update to Playbooks. On skipping, the app version in all the Playbooks remains unchanged. However, the upgraded app is visible in the My Apps section.
