Add Tenant

You can create a tenant from the parent Orchestrate instance to utilize the orchestration capabilities independently.

Before you Start

Ensure that you have Create/Update Tenant Management and View Tenant Management permissions.

Steps

To add a tenant, follow these steps:

  1. Go to Admin Panel > Tenant Management.

  2. Click Add Tenant.

  3. Enter the following details:

    • Administrator Email: Enter the administrator email address. For example, johndoe@example.com.

    • Tenant Name: Enter a unique tenant name within 20 characters. For example, Quality.

    • Subdomain: Enter the subdomain of the tenant within 20 characters. The domain name of the tenant is automatically configured based on the domain name of the parent tenant.

  4. Click Save.

After the tenant is configured, the tenant administrator will receive an email invite to set up the password and sign in to the tenant.
