The iZOOlabs app is configured with the Orchestrate application to perform the following actions:

Get Incident Details | This action retrieves all the details of an incident from the iZOOlabs application. |
Fetch Incidents | This action retrieves all the incidents created between a given date range from the iZOOlabs application. |
Fetch Case Messages | This action retrieves all the communication made between iZOOlogic and the client from the iZOOlabs application. |
Send Case Message | This action makes communication for specific case from the iZOOlabs application. |
Get Case Details | This action retrieves all the details of a case from the iZOOlabs application. |
Report New Incident | This action reports a new incident in the iZOOlabs application. |
Upload Case File | This action uploads a case specific file using case ID and file name/path in the iZOOlabs application. |
Configuration Parameters
The following configuration parameters are required for the iZOOlabs app to communicate with the iZOOlabs enterprise application. The parameters can be configured by creating instances in the app.
