View Playbook Details

The Manage Playbook listings divide and displays Playbooks into two categories:

  • My Playbooks

  • Playbook Store

You can view these Playbooks in a table view or a grid view. You can also customize the fields displayed on the details page (except the mandatory fields) using the Customize Table option. Click the bookmark icon, to bookmark or follow a Playbook to receive notifications specific to that Playbook for any update made or success/failed execution information.

The Manage Playbooks listing page displays the following details:

  • Playbook ID: The unique ID of the Playbook.

  • Playbook Name: The Playbook name. You can click the Playbook name to open the Playbook in a new tab.

  • Run Logs: The associated run logs of a Playbook. To view the run logs, hover over a Playbook and click Run Logs.

  • Labels: The associated labels for the Playbooks.

  • Statistics: Displays the following Playbook statistics:

    • Associated Playbooks: The total number of associated master and sub-Playbooks. Click the Associated Playbooks icon to open the corresponding view from where you can click and navigate to the associated Playbook.

    • Apps/Actions: The associated apps for the Playbook. Click the Apps icon to open the corresponding view from where you can view the selected apps and action details.

  • Created By: The user that has created the Playbook.

  • Created: The date and time of the creation of the Playbook.

  • Modified By: The name of the user that has modified the Playbook.

  • Modified: The date and time of modification of the Playbook.

  • Status: The status of the Playbook as either Active or Inactive.

    Note

    For every Playbook, when you hover on the right corner of the row, you can click the ellipses to select View Details, Run, Edit, and Clone to perform Playbook actions.
