Identify Cyware Agent Compatible Apps and Instances

Cyware Agent enables organizations using on-premise deployment practices, to utilize the features of Orchestrate. Analysts can identify Cyware Agent compatible apps and instances in Orchestrate, and use them in a Playbook based on their security requirements.

Analysts can filter out and view the agent compatible apps and instances. They can also identify the compatible apps and instances using a green agent-icon.png icon.

Before you Start

  • Ensure that you have the View Cyware Agent Configuration permission.

  • Ensure that your tenant instance is agent enabled.

  • Ensure that an API key is created using the Open API, for the Orchestrate tenant to communicate with the Cyware Agent.

  • Ensure that the Cyware Agent is installed and configured in your on-premise environment.

Steps

You can identify the list of apps which are agent compatible by using filters in the Apps listing. The filtered apps are displayed with a green icon next to their name.

To identify apps which are agent compatible:

  1. Sign in to Orchestrate, and go to Main Menu > Apps.

  2. Click Show Filters.

  3. Under Agent Compatibility, select Compatible.

    The list of all the agent compatible apps are filtered and displayed with a green icon as shown below. You can further save the filtered result by clicking the Save Filter icon.

To identify the instances which are agent compatible, go to an app, and navigate to Instances. The agent compatible instances are marked with a green icon as shown below.
