Cyware Orchestrate

View Cyware Agent Details

Administrators can view the details of a Cyware Agent such as an agent group ID, agent version, agent ID, last polled time, schedule, and more from Admin Panel > Cyware Agent.

Before you Start

Ensure that you have View Cyware Agent Configuration permission.

Steps

To view the details of a Cyware Agent, do the following.

1. Go to Admin Panel > Cyware Agent.

2. Select a Cyware agent to view the following details:

  • Agent Group ID: Indicates the unique identifier of a Cyware Agent group. Multiple Cyware agents can be associated with an Agent Group. For example, 34624216-dxx0-4xx6-b3dc-5xx9e597c75c. To know more about the installation procedure and configuring multiple agents within the same agent group, see step 7 of Install Cyware Agent procedure.

  • Schedule: Indicates the polling schedule of the Cyware Agent. For example, Every minute. To know more about the installation procedure and configuring the polling schedule, see step 9 of Install Cyware Agent procedure.

  • Unique ID: Indicates the unique identifier of a Cyware Agent. For example, 65e2c247-exx6-46af-bxx4-883aee9146d5.

  • Agent Version: Indicates the version of the Cyware Agent installed. For example, 2.1.1.

  • Host/IP: Indicates the IP address of the machine on which Cyware Agent is installed. For example, 10.1x0.0.2xx.

  • Last Polled Time: Indicates the most recent time stamp when Cyware Agent retrieved data from the apps hosted at the on-premise environment. For example, Sep 30, 2022, 05:57 PM.

  • Created Date: Indicates the date and time on which a Cyware Agent was installed. For example, Sep 29, 2022, 05:57 PM.

  • Open API: Indicates the name of the Open API used by the Cyware Agent to access the Orchestrate instance from the on-premise environment. Open APIs are associated with workspaces. To know more about workspaces and open APIs, see Impact of Workspaces on Cyware Agent.

  • Workspace: Indicates the workspace associated with the Cyware Agent. Open APIs and Cyware Agents in Orchestrate are associated with workspaces. This field will not be visible if the Workspace feature is not enabled in Admin Panel > Configurations for your Orchestrate tenant.

  • Maximum Allowed Tasks: Indicates the maximum number of tasks that a Cyware Agent can perform. For example, 100.

  • Agent Tasks: Indicates the number of tasks associated with a Cyware Agent. Click on the count to view the task name, the associated playbooks, and the status of the task. You cannot view the agent task count if you do not have access to the workspace connected to the Cyware Agent.

Impact of Workspaces on Cyware Agent

On enabling workspaces, the associated Open APIs of the installed Cyware Agents are assigned to your first workspace. 

A workspace field is displayed on the details page of a Cyware Agent indicating the associated workspace of the Open API used to install the Cyware Agent. For more information on workspaces, see Workspaces.
