Sign In to Orchestrate Mobile App
When you access the Orchestrate feature, you will be prompted to sign in with your credentials.
Use one of the following methods to sign in to the Orchestrate mobile app:
Use your organization access code and login credentials
Use a QR Code
Currently, all the authentication methods such as LDAP and SAML that are provided in the web portal are supported.
Sign In Using Access Code and Login Credentials
Follow these steps to sign in to Orchestrate using your organization access code and login credentials:

Contact your administrator to get the Access Code.
Open the Cyware Enterprise Mobile App on your mobile device.
Enter your organization access code and tap Submit.
Enter valid credentials to sign in and access Orchestrate.The credentials depends on the sign-in method configured by your Orchestrate administrator. This could be a combination of email address, password, and a verification code. Note that, the verification code is an 8-digit code sent to your registered email address.
Sign In Using QR Code
Orchestrate makes it easier for you to sign in to your account with the QR Code login feature.
Note
To sign in to the Orchestrate mobile app using a QR code, you must first be signed in to your Orchestrate web portal. The option to sign in with your Google account is currently not supported.
Follow these steps to sign in to the Orchestrate Mobile App using a QR code:
Sign in to your Orchestrate Web App.
Click your profile picture and select QR Code Login. You are shown a QR code on the screen.
Open the Cyware Enterprise Mobile App on your mobile device.
Tap QR Code.
Scan the QR code on your web application using your mobile device. You are signed in to the Orchestrate Mobile App.
