Orchestrate Limits
Understand the various limits of the features in the Orchestrate application.
Run Logs
You can export run logs in XLS and CSV file formats.
You can export a maximum of 50,000 run log records at a time.
You can export run log records that were generated within the last 31 days.
Persistent List
A persistent list can store up to 2MB of data.
The number of persistent lists that can be created per tenant is 10,000.
Playbooks
You can add a maximum of 100 nodes in a Playbook workflow.
On the Playbook user interface, you can preview up to 4MB of input and output data respectively. In case the input or output data exceeds the limit, you can download and view the data. The maximum data processing size for node input and output data is 64 MB each. If a node exceeds this limit, the node execution will fail.
Upon execution, the Playbook node will timeout after 240 minutes.
On an 8-core, 16GB machine, Orchestrate can execute a maximum of 20 Playbooks in parallel.
Email Templates
In an Orchestrate instance, you can create 20 email templates.
Code Snippets
In an Orchestrate instance, you can create 200 code snippets.
Workspaces
In an Orchestrate instance, you can create 10 workspaces.
Events
A maximum of 300 events can be triggered to execute Playbooks, in a period of one minute.
On the Playbook user interface, you can preview up to 4MB of event data. In case the event data exceeds the limit, you can download and view the data. The maximum size of event data is 64 MB.
App and Instances
App parameters with the field type textarea have a maximum character limit of 200,000.
Cyware Agents
Cyware Agent can poll a maximum of 100 tasks at a time.
Administration
You can have a maximum of two concurrent sessions at a time.
