Deactivate a Read-Only User
To deactivate a read-only user, do the following:
Before you Start
You must have View Users, Create Users, and Update Users permissions.
Steps
Navigate to Administration, select User Management, and select User Listing.
Click the vertical ellipsis of the user you want to update and select Deactivate User and provide confirmation.
Note
Deactivating a read-only user may result in the loss of all access to CTIX.
