Share a Canvas

When you create a canvas, it’s automatically set to private. You can share a canvas either with select individuals or with everyone. Additionally, you can also share your investigations with outside individuals or organizations as an intel package.

To share a canvas, do the following:

  1. From your canvas list, select a canvas you want to share.

  2. At the top of the canvas, click the Share icon.

    A Share With window opens.

  3. Select one from the following:

    • Selected User(s) and click the desired individuals you want to share the canvas with.

    • All User(s) to share the canvas with everyone in your network.

  4. Click Save to save your changes.
