Create Import Collection

Import collections allow you to ingest STIX-formatted threat intelligence data into Intel Exchange. These collections help organize incoming threat intel, making it easier to manage and process structured data. 

Intel Exchange provides a streamlined interface to create import collections that can be used to configure and manage incoming STIX data.

Before you Start 

You must have Create Import Collections, Update Import Collections, and View Import Collections permissions to access and manage import collections.

Steps 

To create an import collection, follow these steps:

  1. Go to Administration > Integration.

  2. Under Feed Source, select STIX.

  3. In the STIX section, the ALL tab is open by default. 

  4. From the list of STIX source tabs, click the Import tab.

  5. Click Add New Collection.

  6. Enter a unique name in the Collection Name field for the import collection.

  7. Click Save.

    You can now view the collection name under the Import tab. The collection is also available in the Import Intel module for selecting when ingesting a file.
