Configure Access Restrictions
Administrators can allow or restrict user access to the CTIX application and its Open APIs based on their IP Addresses or geographical location.
Steps
Navigate to Administration > Configuration, and select Access Restrictions.
Click Edit and enable the toggle switch.
Select any one from the following:
Allowed List: Add the IP address or IP address range to the system-allowed list to grant them access to the application.
Note
Ensure to add your IP address to the allowed list to retain access to the application.
Blocked List: Block the IP address or IP address range to revoke their access to the application.
On IP / IP Range, enter the IP address or IP address range and a valid reason to grant or revoke access to the application.
On Country, select a country and enter a valid reason to grant or revoke access to the application.
To clear all values at once, click Cancel.
Click Save.
