View Watchlist Occurrences
The Watchlist dashboard displays your keyword entries. If any of these entries are found in the intel that is received in CTIX, you can view its details here. The occurrences are identified in the new intel that is received in CTIX after the watchlist is created. They are not identified in the old data that already exists in CTIX before the watchlist is created.
From Main Menu, navigate to My Org and select Watchlist.
You can view the following details of your watchlist entries.
Keyword - The item you are looking out for in CTIX
Alert Type - Email -If you selected Enable Email Alerts, you will receive email notifications when the item is found in CTIX. System - Else you can view its details here.
Occurrences - The number of times this item is identified in CTIX. Select the record and view the details of every occurrence. Click Show Preview to see the details. Click View in Threat Data to see the details in threat data.
Created By - The user who created the watchlist entry.
Created On - The date and time of the creation of the watchlist entry.
Last Activity On - The last updated date and time of the watch list entry.
Status - Toggle the status bar to make the entry active or inactive.
To delete a record, click the three vertical dots on the right side for that entry and select Delete. If you delete a record, you will lose the data of its occurrences.
To edit a record, click the three vertical dots on the right side for that entry and select Edit.
