Add Organization Type
Define organization types to categorize public and private organizations into different categories based on the nature of their business for systematic data analysis, such as Telecommunication, E-commerce, Emergency services, Financial Services, Government, Military, and Legal services.
You can create and manage different categories within and outside the organization for threat intelligence exchange. These organization types can be tagged to subscribers, and can then be used as a source to receive threat intelligence.
Before you Start
You must have View Organization Type, View & Update Organization Type, and Create Organization Type permissions to access Organization Type.
Steps
To add a new organization type, do the following:
From Administration, select Organization Type.
Click Add Organization Type and fill in the fields as follows:
Enter a name for the organization type. The organization types created here are available to be associated with a subscriber.
Select collections to tag to the organization type. Only active collections are available in this list.
Click Add.
