Use Trigger Playbook (V3) as Rule Action
Configure Trigger Playbook as a rule action to enrich data using the connectors present in CSOL. It triggers a specific playbook to perform specific actions. This action is used for CTIX v2.x.
Configure Trigger Playbook V3 as a rule action to enrich data using the connectors present in Orchestrate. It triggers a specific playbook to perform specific actions. This action is used for CTIX v3.x.
To use Trigger Playbook/Trigger Playbook V3 as a rule action, do the following:
In the action box, select Trigger Playbook/Trigger Playbook V3 as the rule action.
Select CSOL/Orchestrate as the application to implement the rule.
Select an account to identify the instance to run the rule.
Set an event value from the drop-down to identify the label of the playbook in CSOL.
