Use Create CSAP Alert as Action Rule
Configure Create CSAP Alert as an action rule to send a report after the investigation is completed to CSAP so that they can share it as an alert.
To use Create CSAP Alert as a rule action, do the following:
In the action box, select Create CSAP Alert as the action from the drop-down.
Select CSAP as the application to create an alert in CSAP.
Select a CSAP account to define the instance in which the alert is received.
To send text message notifications about the alert, select Mobile Notification.
To send email notifications about the alert, select Email Notification.
If you select mobile or email notifications, select groups with which to share the notifications.
Set the status of the alert as draft or published. When you want to continue editing the alert in CSAP, set the status to draft, else set it to published.
Select the category in which the alert gets categorized in CSAP.
