Update Read-Only Group
To update the details and permissions of a read-only group, do the following:
Before you Start
You must have View User Groups, Create User Groups, and Update User Groups permissions.
Steps
Navigate to Administration, select User Management, and select User Groups.
Click the vertical ellipsis of the user you want to update and select Edit.
Update basic details such as name, description and status. You cannot change the name or disable the status of the default read-only group provided out of the box.
Note
You cannot disable the status of the default read-only group. However, deactivating a custom read-only group may result in the loss of CTIX access, for the users within the group.
Update required permission groups for the user. You can only manage View permissions for read-only groups. Only Administrators can change the permissions of the default read-only group provided out of the box.
Click Update User Group.
