RSS Feeds

Rich Site Summary (RSS) web feeds contains a summary of updates from a website, often in the form of a list of articles with links, in a computer-readable format. These feeds help you stay up-to-date about threat intelligence updates. An RSS feed contains details such as the summary of the intel, publication date, keywords, links, and more.

CTIX allows analysts to configure multiple RSS feed sources in Integration Management. The configured URLs automatically gather data from sources and display them as email feeds. RSS Feeds display a list of all sources on the left side. A source name allows you to view the RSS feeds received from the source.

An RSS feed source allows you to view the feeds received from the source and do the following:

  • Bookmark a feed and view the bookmarked feeds in the Bookmarked section.

  • Open the threat intel created from the RSS feed source in a new tab.

Before you Start

You must have View RSS Feeds permission to access the RSS Feeds module. Only your CTIX admin can assign permissions to the User Groups.
