Does CTIX 3.0 support OpenAPI?

Yes, CITX supports OpenAPI to integrate CTIX with third-party applications. OpenAPI allows you to generate API credentials for your API users. For more information about OpenAPI, refer to CTIX 3.0 Open API.

Can I extend the validity of OpenAPI credentials?

No, you cannot extend the validity of OpenAPI credentials. However, you can generate a new set of credentials. CTIX allows you to create any number of API credentials.

What role does Max Poll Result Size play in TAXII configuration? What impact does the change in value make? Give an ideal value for Max Poll Result Size?

The Max Poll Result Size setting in the TAXII configuration allows you to set the maximum count of threat intel you can receive from a source for an API call. If you change the count value of threat intel at any point, it invalidates the existing window of the limit. The ideal value for this setting is 1000.

Mention the minimum requirements and configurations required to enable LDAP authentication mode?

Following are the minimum requirements to configure LDAP authentication mode:

  • Be a part of a user group.

  • Have View and Update configuration permissions for the Configurations module.

  • Have values for the domain name, server IP/domain, port, and the domain controller for configuring LDAP authentication mode.
