Create a Task from Sandbox Analysis Report
After you create intel, you can create a task to respond to the threats for containment, proactive prevention, or remediation.
Before you start
You must have permission to create tasks.
You must have configured the email server to receive email notifications. For more information, see Configure Email Server.
Steps
Navigate to Main Menu and click Sandbox under Analysis.
Select the record for which you have created the intel.
Click Create Intel and select Tasks.
Click Add Task and enter the following details:
Enter a description for the task.
Assign the task to an assignee or to self. The assignee will receive an email notification with the details of the task if the email server is configured. Else, the user can see the task in Notifications.
Select a priority for the task, such as high, medium, or low.
Optionally, select the start date and time of the task.
Click Done. You can view the task under Not Started.
You can view the tasks for this Sandbox entry in Main Menu > Actions > Global Tasks. For more information, see Global Tasks.
