Manage License

You can view the license details, such as license key, expiry date, tenant name, tenant code, version, application name, and application number. You can also view the usages of various components (such as allowed indicators, rules, subscribers, users, and more) and the limits based on the license in Alert Components. For example, if the User component displays 10/100, then the maximum allowed number of users as per the license is 100, and 10 active users are already created. If there is no limit for a component as per the license, the alert component displays the usage only and does not display the limit.

You can also view the maximum allowed limit to ingest threat data objects per day based on the license and the ingestion statistics by clicking View Statistics on the upper right. To retrieve the latest details of your license from Cyware LMS, click Sync Now on the upper right.

Update License

You can update the license prior to the expiration of the existing license. 

Before you Start

Ensure that you have View License Details and Update License Details permissions.

Steps

To update your Intel Exchange license, follow these steps:

  1. Go to Administration > License Management.

  2. In License, click the vertical ellipsis and select Update.

  3. Enter the license key.

  4. Click Update.

You can view the updated license details and limits of the various components.
