What is Quarterback AI? 

Quarterback AI is an intelligent assistant developed by Cyware to streamline the workflows of security analysts by automating routine tasks such as threat intel investigation, incident response, and more. It leverages advanced prompt processing, task automation, and seamless integration with other applications to help analysts work more efficiently.

How Does Quarterback AI Work? 

Quarterback AI enhances your security workflows with intelligent chat and action features that accelerate investigations and automate responses.

  • Quarterback AI Actions: Execute security tasks using prompts with Quarterback AI. Quarterback AI uses the configured apps to perform the actions.

    To install and configure apps, go to Quarterback AI > Apps. For more information, see Install and Configure Apps

  • Quarterback AI Chat: Ask security-related questions, and Quarterback AI will provide relevant response. For example, if you ask how to create an incident in Respond, Quarterback AI will provide the steps and a link to the relevant documentation.
