Usage Considerations

When using the Cyware Enterprise Mobile App, the following considerations apply:

  • The following Collaborate features are not available in the mobile app:

    • Collaborate (Collaborative Notes)

    • ATT&CK Navigator

    • Requesting to join recipient groups

    • Member Admin functionality

  • The mobile app is available only for Cyware cloud-based deployments.

  • To access Collaborate v3.8.11.0 (EA) on mobile, you must update the Cyware Enterprise Mobile App to v4.2.22 or later. However, the mobile app v4.2.22 is compatible with previous Collaborate releases, allowing you to update it independently.
