Collaborate Notifications
Notice
This feature is available in Collaborate v3.8.11 (EA) onwards.
Notifications help you track updates on your Requests for Information (RFIs), Intel Submissions, Actions, Intelligence Requirements (IRs), and Alerts. From the bell icon in the top-right corner, you can view new updates, filter unread items, manage notifications, and navigate directly to the relevant module. Only notifications from the last seven days are displayed.
View and manage notifications using the following information:
The bell icon shows a badge count for new notifications. Opening the panel resets the count automatically.
Click on any notification to redirect to the relevant page.
Use the following actions to manage notifications:
Click on a notification to mark it read.
Use the Unread only toggle to display only unread notifications.
In the vertical ellipsis, click Mark All as Read to mark every unread notification as read at once.
Click Clear All to clear all notifications using the vertical ellipsis.
Supported Notifications
Collaborate sends notifications for the following updates:
RFIs
A comment is added to an RFI you created.
A response is submitted to an RFI you created.
An RFI you created is closed with a comment.
An Alert is created from an RFI you created. If you have access to the Alert, the notification redirects you to the Alert. Otherwise, it redirects you to the RFI.
Actions
An action is assigned to you.
A recommended action is assigned to you from an Alert.
Intel Submissions
An Alert is created from an Intel Submission you created. If you have access to the Alert, the notification redirects you to the Alert. Otherwise, it redirects you to the Intel Submission.
Your Intel Submission is reverted, rejected, or approved.
IRs
An IR you created is published.
You are added as a follower to an IR.
Alerts
A new attachment is added to an Alert you have access to.
