Access Legal Terms to stay informed about agreements that govern your use of the Member Portal. View and manage the Acceptable Usage Policy (AUP) and Services Agreement (SA), understand how they apply to you, and see how your organization’s choices affect your access to add-on services.
Acceptable Usage Policy
The Acceptable Usage Policy (AUP) defines how you can use Collaborate responsibly and ensures you are aware of usage guidelines.
Steps
To view the AUP, follow these steps:
Sign in to the Collaborate Member Portal.
Go to Settings > Legal Terms > Acceptable Usage Policy.
Review the policy using the provided link to view the latest version. This helps you understand the rules for using Collaborate and ensures your activities comply with organizational and product guidelines.
Services Agreement
The Services Agreement (SA) governs access to specific add-on services in Collaborate. It ensures your organization agrees to the terms before using these services.
Steps
To view and manage SA, follow these steps:
Sign in to the Collaborate Member Portal.
Go to Settings > Legal Terms > Services Agreement.
Use the following information to manage the agreement:
Review the agreement using the provided link to view the latest version.
If your organization has not yet agreed to the SA, provide consent on behalf of your organization. An email notification is sent to all members in your organization.
If your organization has already agreed, but you want to withdraw consent, opt out on behalf of your organization.
All add-on services under the SA are disabled for your organization.
Any automations associated with these services are disabled.
