Collaborate Notifications

This feature is available in Collaborate v3.8.11.0 (EA) onwards.
Notifications help you stay on top of important activity across Alerts, Intelligence Requirements (IR), Requests for Information (RFI), and Intel Submissions. From the bell icon in the top-right corner, you can see new updates, filter unread notifications, manage items, and navigate directly to the relevant module. Only notifications from the last seven days are displayed.
View and manage notifications using the following information:
The bell icon shows a badge count for new notifications. Opening the panel resets the count automatically.
Click on any notification to redirect to the relevant page.
Use the following actions to manage notifications:
Click on a notification to mark it read.
Use the Unread only toggle to display only unread notifications.
In the vertical ellipsis, click Mark All as Read to mark every unread notification as read at once.
Click Clear All to clear all notifications using the vertical ellipsis.
Supported Notifications
Collaborate sends notifications for the following updates:
Alerts
A member submits feedback with comments on alerts.
Alerts submitted for review in the publisher workflow.
IRs
IRs submitted by members for review.
RFIs
RFIs submitted by members for review.
Intel Submissions
Threat intel submitted by members, which includes anonymous submissions.
