The Acceptable Usage Policy (AUP) defines acceptable and responsible use of Cyware products. It outlines permitted behaviors, prohibited activities, and compliance standards to ensure secure and ethical use of the platform within regulatory boundaries. To view AUP, see Cyware Acceptable Usage Policy.
You do not need to explicitly accept the AUP. By using the product, you automatically acknowledge and agree to comply with it. The banner is informational only and does not block access.
The banner remains visible until you dismiss it. Once dismissed, it does not reappear unless a new version of the AUP is released.
When Cyware releases an updated version of the Acceptable Use Policy (AUP), the following changes occur:
A new banner appears in the product to notify you of the update.
By continuing to use the platform, you are considered to have accepted and agreed to comply with the updated AUP.
If you do not agree with the Acceptable Use Policy (AUP), you must stop using the platform. Continuing to use it implies that you acknowledge and agree to comply with the policy.
