Sign In to the Member Portal

You can sign in to the application using one of the following methods:

  • Username/Password: Enter the email ID and password of your user account.

  • LDAP: Enter your email ID and password as configured in the LDAP server.

  • Google Sign-in: Click the Google authentication method and select your Google account.

  • SAML 2.0: Click the SAML authentication method and sign in using your SAML credentials.

If two-factor authentication (2FA) is enabled for Username/Password or LDAP methods and if you have not set up your default 2FA methods, you will receive the code in your email. After logging in, you can configure additional 2FA methods and select one as your default in Profile Settings. For more information, see Member Profile.

Reset Sign in Password

You can reset your sign-in password either from the sign-in page of the Member Portal or from the User Profile.

To reset your password from the sign-in page, follow these steps:

  1. Go to the sign-in page of the application.

  2. Click the EMAIL authentication method. 

  3. Click Forgot Password?

  4. Enter your email ID and click Send me the link. You will receive an email with a password reset link.

  5. Open the password reset email sent and click Reset Password.

  6. Enter a new password and click Set Password.

Your password is reset and you can sign in using the new password.

The following topics describe how to install and get started with the Cyware Enterprise mobile application.

Requirements for Cyware Enterprise

Before installing and using the Cyware Enterprise mobile app, ensure you meet the following requirements:

The mobile app is available only for Cyware cloud-based deployments.

Account Requirements

To use the Cyware Enterprise, you must have an existing Member Portal account. For more information, contact your Collaborate administrator.

Install Cyware Enterprise

This feature is available only for Cyware cloud-based deployments.

This topic describes how to install Collaborate's Cyware Enterprise app on Android™ and iOS devices. For more information about signing in to the app after installation, see Sign in to Cyware Enterprise.

Installing Cyware Enterprise for Android

To install Cyware Enterprise on an Android device, follow these steps:

You will not be able to access Cyware Enterprise on a rooted device.

  1. On your device, navigate to the Google Play store, and search for Cyware Enterprise.

  2. Tap Cyware Enterprise.

  3. To install the app on your phone, tap Install.

  4. After the app has been installed, tap Open to open Cyware Enterprise.

Installing Cyware Enterprise for iOS

To install Cyware Enterprise on an iOS device, follow these steps:

  1. On your device, navigate to the App Store.

  2. Tap Search and search for Cyware Enterprise.

  3. Next to the Cyware Enterprise search result, tap the Get button.

    The app begins installing on your device.

  4. After the app has been installed, tap Open to open Cyware Enterprise.

Sign in to Cyware Enterprise

This feature is only available for Cyware cloud-based deployments

After you have the Cyware Enterprise mobile app, you will be prompted to sign in with your credentials. To use Cyware Enterprise, you must have an existing Member Portal account.

To sign in to the app, follow these steps:

  1. On your device, open the Cyware Enterprise app.

  2. You can sign in using the following ways:

    • Access Code: Enter your organization access code and tap Continue. The access code is sent to you as part of your email invite for the Member Portal.

    • QR Code: Alternatively, you can also scan the QR code in the Member Portal to sign in. For more information, see QR Code Login.

  3. Enter your username and password, and then tap Continue.

    A message appears, indicating that a one-time password (OTP) has been sent to your email address. Depending on the configuration of your organization, you may alternatively receive your OTP as an SMS or be prompted to enter the OTP from a third-party app, such as Google Authenticator™. For more information, contact your Collaborate (CSAP) administrator.

  4. Enter the OTP, where prompted, and then tap Sign In To CSAP.

    You are now signed in to the CSAP Mobile App. For detailed information on navigating app features and functionality, see CSAP Mobile App User Guide.

QR Code Login

CSAP members can view and use a QR code from the web app to quickly authenticate and access the Cyware Enterprise mobile app features. This allows members to view dynamic QR codes on the User Profile section of the web app.

Note

Your QR code contains an authentication token for login. We recommend you keep your QR code private and not share it with anyone. For security reasons, your QR code refreshes every 60 seconds.

  1. Open the CSAP Enterprise mobile app. From the login screen select QR CODE.

  2. Click User Profile in the upper-right corner of the CSAP Member Portal web app, and click QR Code Login.

  3. Scan the QR code displayed on the screen with your mobile camera to sign in.

    Tip

    If you are unable to sign in using the QR code, try signing out of the Member Portal on all your devices, and sign in again. If you are still unable to sign in using the QR code, reinstall the Cyware Enterprise app and try again.
