Getting Started

The following topics describe how to install and get started with the CSAP Mobile App.

Prerequisites to Using the Mobile App

Before installing and using the Cyware Enterprise Mobile App, the following considerations apply.

Software Requirements

The following table describes the minimum supported operating system versions for Android™ and iOS.

Note

The mobile app is available only for Cyware cloud-based deployments.

Account Requirements

To use the mobile app, you must have an existing Member Portal account. For more information, contact your administrator.

Installing the CSAP Mobile App

This topic describes how to install the CSAP Mobile App on Android™ and iOS devices.

Installing the CSAP Mobile App for Android

To install the CSAP Mobile App on an Android device, perform the following steps.

Note: If you are attempting to install the CSAP Mobile App on a rooted device, you will be unable to access the app.

  1. On your Android device, navigate to the Google Play store, and in the Search bar, type or select Cyware Enterprise.

    The search results populate in the Google Play store.

  2. Tap Cyware Enterprise.

    The screen to install the app opens.

  3. Tap Install.

    The app begins installing on your device.

  4. When the app is finished installing, tap Open to open the CSAP Mobile App.

Installing the CSAP Mobile App for iOS

To install the CSAP Mobile App on an iOS device, perform the following steps.

  1. On your iOS device, navigate to the App Store.

  2. Tap Search.

    The Search bar opens.

  3. In the Search bar, type Cyware Enterprise and then tap Search.

    The app displays in the App Store.

  4. Next to the Cyware Enterprise search result, tap the Get button.

    The app begins installing on your device.

  5. When the app is finished installing, tap Open to open the CSAP Mobile App.

Signing in to the CSAP Mobile App

When you have finished installing the CSAP Mobile App, you will be prompted to sign in with your credentials.

Note: To use the CSAP Mobile App, you must have an existing CSAP Member Portal account. For more information, contact the CSAP administrator for your organization.

To sign in to the app, perform the following steps:

  1. On your device, to open the CSAP Mobile App, tap the Cyware Enterprise icon.

    A welcome screen opens.

  2. Enter your organization access code and tap Continue.

    The sign-in prompt opens.

  3. Enter your username and password, and then tap Continue.

    A message appears, indicating that a one-time password (OTP) has been sent to your email address.

    Note: Depending on the configuration for your organization, you may alternatively receive your OTP as an SMS or be prompted to enter the OTP from a third-party app, such as Google Authenticator™. For more information, contact the CSAP administrator for your organization.

  4. Enter the OTP, where prompted, and then tap Sign In To CSAP.

    You are now signed in to the CSAP Mobile App. For detailed information on navigating app features and functionality, see Navigating the Interface.

QR Code Login

You can view and use a QR code from the web app to quickly authenticate and access the mobile app features. You can view dynamic QR codes on the User Profile section of the web app.

Steps to use QR Code Login
  1. Open the Profile section on the CSAP Member Portal web app and select the QR Code Login option.

  2. Open the CSAP Enterprise Mobile app. From the login screen select QR Code. Scan the QR code displayed on the screen with your mobile camera to sign in.

Note

Your QR code contains an authentication token for login. We recommend you keep your QR code private and not share it with anyone. For security reasons, your QR code refreshes every 60 seconds.
