View Cyware Agent Details

You can view the details of a Cyware Agent, such as an Agent group ID, Agent version, Agent ID, last polled time, and more. Ensure that you have View Cyware Agent permission. To view agent details, go to Admin Panel > Cyware Agent and select an Agent group.

You can view the following details:

  • Agent Group Name: The agent group name that is provided during agent group creation.

  • Agent Version: The version of the Agent installed.

  • Polling Frequency: The polling frequency of the Agent. For example,10 minutes

  • Max Allowed Tasks: The maximum number of tasks that an Agent can poll. For example, 50.

  • API Key: The name of the Open API used by the Agent to access the Orchestrate instance from the on-premise environment.

  • Mount Directory: The mount directory of the Agent. For example, /apps/cyware/cyware_agent/agent1

  • Extra Mount: The extra mount directory of the Agent, if configured in the agent group configuration. 

  • Proxy: The proxy URL of the Agent, if configured in the agent group configuration.

  • Agent ID: The unique identifier of an Agent in Group_ID-Agent_ID format. For example, GRP01-AGT02.

  • Host/IP: The IP address of the machine on which the Agent is installed. For example,10.1x0.0.2xx.

  • Last Polled Time: The most recent timestamp when the Agent retrieved data from the apps hosted at the on-premise environment. For example, Mar 12, 2023, 05:57 PM.

  • Created by: The user name who created the Agent. For example, John Doe.

  • Created on: The timestamp of when the Agent was created. For example, Mar 11, 2023, 05:57 PM.

  • Modified on: The most recent timestamp when the Agent was last modified. For example, Mar 12, 2023, 01:57 PM.

  • Modified by: The user name who last modified the Agent. For example, John Doe.

You can click on Secondary Agent to view the details of the secondary agents.
