View Playbook Details

You can view all the playbooks on the Playbooks Listing page. Click the Follow icon, to follow a playbook to receive notifications specific to that playbook for any update made or success/failed execution information. You can sort playbooks using Sort by options such as Name, Modified on, Playbook ID, Created on, Ascending, and Descending.

Filter Playbooks

You can filter playbooks by searching for a playbook or selecting quick filters such as Active or Inactive. You can also select specific filters such as Scheduled, Followed, Created by, Modified by, and more. For more information on filtering playbook, see Filter Playbook.

Save Filter as Saved Search

After you filter the playbooks by selecting the required filters, you can save the filters as Saved Search. Click saved-search-icon.png, select New to create a new saved search, or select Update Existing to update an existing saved search and click Save. You can view and use the saved searches by clicking Saved Filters.

The Manage Playbooks listing page displays the following details:

  • Playbook ID: View the unique ID of the Playbook.

  • Playbook Name: View the playbook name. You can click the playbook name to open the playbook.

  • Modified on: View the date and time of when the playbook was last modified.

  • Modified by: View the user name who last modified the playbook.

  • Status: View the status of the playbook, which will indicate if the playbook is Active or Inactive.

  • Refresh: Click the Refresh icon to view the latest details of the playbooks.

Hover over the playbook and click the ellipses icon to perform the following:

  • Run the playbook

  • Run the playbook with input

  • Edit the playbook

  • Clone the playbook

  • Export the playbook

To view additional details of a playbook, go to a playbook name and click the Expand icon. You can view the following details:

  • Associated Apps: View the number of apps associated with the playbook. To view the apps and app versions along with actions associated with the playbook, click View Apps.

  • Associated Playbooks: View the total number of associated master and sub-playbooks. To view the sub-playbook and master playbooks, click View Playbooks. To open the sub-playbook or master playbook in a new tab, click the playbook name.

  • Last Run: View the date and time the playbook was last executed.

  • Scheduled: View the details of the playbook's scheduled execution time.

  • Next Scheduled Run: View when the next playbook execution is scheduled.

  • Created by: View the user who created the playbook.

  • Created on: View the date and time when the playbook was created.

  • Labels: View the associated labels of the playbook.

  • Run: Click Run to run the playbook. To run the playbook with input, click dropdown-input.png, and you can enter the input manually, through an event, or select the playbook run log. For more information, see Run a Playbook Manually.

  • View Playbook: Click View Playbook to open the playbook.
