October 8, 2025
We are excited to introduce you to the latest version of Collaborate v3.8.10 (EA). This release includes several enhancements.
Analyst Portal
Configurations Enhanced
The following options are available in the Email Alerts section of Configuration:
Send Reminders to Unregistered Active Users: Enable this option to automatically send reminders to active members who have not yet registered on the Member Portal. This prompts them to complete registration and start using Collaborate. For more information, see Configure Email Alerts.
Automatically Defang Hyperlinks: Enable this option to ensure all hyperlinks in alert emails are defanged by default (excluding references and event URLs), which keeps shared content secure. For more information, see Configure Email Alerts.
The following options are available in the Mobile App / Web Portal section of Configuration:
Send Deactivation Email to Member: Enable this option to notify members when their account is deactivated and keep them informed. For more information, see Configure Mobile App or Web Portal Preferences.
Allow Global Sharing of Channels: Enable this option to control when members can share custom channels globally, ensuring sensitive information is only accessible to the intended audience. For more information, see Configure Mobile App or Web Portal Preferences.
Other Enhancements
Intel Operations: Leverage Playbook Store, Cyware Agent, and Usage under Intel Operations (Cyware Orchestrate) to unlock more orchestration capabilities in Collaborate. For more information, see Intel Operations (Cyware Orchestrate).
Delegated Access to Member Portal: You can now access the Member Portal of a member organization directly from the Analyst Portal. Enable Allow Delegated Access to Member Portal in Configuration, then sign in as a delegated user to assist member organizations with their workflows. All actions, including your name, email, reason for access, and more, are logged for easy tracking. For more information, see Delegated Access to Member Portal.
Note
This feature is available for MSSP customers only.
Delete RFIs: Root Admins can delete submitted Requests for Information (RFIs) with no associated alerts to keep Analyst and Member Portals organized. For more information, see Manage RFIs.
Notify on RFI Comments: Commenting on an RFI triggers email notifications to the member who submitted it and all Analyst Portal users with access to the RFI, enhancing visibility.
Use New Email Alert Template: Enable Alert Notification v2 in Email Management to send alert emails using the new full-width template, which you can also customize as required.
Attach Files to Alert Emails: Alert templates in Alert Settings now include the Send as Email Attachment option. This applies your selection to all alerts sent from the template, saving you time. For more information, see Create Alert Templates.
Create Region with Locations: While creating a region in Member Settings > Location > Region, you can now use predefined locations including country, state, city, and site, instead of countries only. This helps you target alerts more precisely. For more information, see Create Regions.
Search with Multiple Tags: You can now select multiple tags in a single query within Alerts, Surveys, Doc Library, or Knowledge Base. This helps you find all records that match any of the selected tags.
View IR Engagement: In Dashboard, you can now use the IR Read widget to view published and closed IRs read by members, aggregated by organization and category, helping you track engagement across organizations.
Member Portal
Alert Channels Enhanced
While creating or editing a custom channel in General Settings, you can now share it with the recipient groups you belong to, giving you better control over access and ensuring it reaches the most relevant members.

For more information, see Manage Alert Channels.
Alerts and Network Advisories Enhanced
The Alerts layout is now improved with the following enhancements:
View Counts More Intuitively: Total, Read, Unread, and With Actions counts are now displayed under both the Alerts and Network Advisories tabs, allowing you to view them separately for each tab.
Use Dynamic Channel Filters: The Channel filter in Alerts and Network Advisories tabs now lists only channels relevant to the tab, helping you filter alerts by appropriate channels.
Receive RFI Comment Notifications: You will now receive an email whenever an analyst comments on your RFI, helping you stay up to date.
Upload Member Profile Image: In Profile Settings, you can now view supported file types, size limits, and naming rules while uploading your profile image. For more information, see Member Profile.
Set Separate Default Channels on Login: In Profile Settings, you can now select separate default channels for the Alerts and Network Advisories tabs. Each tab will open with your chosen channel at login, helping you start with the most relevant view. For more information, see Member Profile.
